• I am the Managing Partner for Bulldog Park and TailGAte Station an automobile tailgate facility and a luxury RV facility in the city of Athens. Both of the facilities are unique in the management skills that are required to effectively manage.

TailGAte Station has 168 sites that are open to the public 7 or 8 times a year and requires managing service personnel throughout the non football periods. Brooke has responsibility for the landscaping , building maintenance, and all of the game day activities. The ownership of TailGAte Station require that the park been maintained in a pristine condition, shuttles arrive on time and security is enforced at all times that the facility is open. The ownership and their guests expect that the quality of service is of the highest standard so that they can enjoy the pregame and post game experience at TailGAte Station. Brooke not only manages the process with a sense of urgency to the needs of the ownership but works closely with the service providers to provide a quality game day experience

Bulldog Park has 283 sites and is open year round. Brooke has responsibility for all activities and services that are a part of the Bulldog Park experience . Some of her responsibilities include park management, , game day entertainment, game day security and arranging shuttle service  to and from Sanford stadium on football game day. Brooke also has responsibility for the communication from the Board of Directors to the ownership.

Quality communication to the ownership of both parks is a requirement,  as the majority of owners live outside of the Athens area . Brooke is a very good communicator and reacts quickly to the questions and needs of both parks ownership.

I believe Brooke is a very effective manager with excellent communication skills, has the ability to work well with people, sets high standard for the people that she supervises and handles responsibilities in a very professional manner.

Brooke is well respected by the people she supervises and most importantly provides professional management skills to those that depend upon her to provide high quality amenities and services.

• My husband and I own a duplex in Athens, GA.  We purchased it in 2015, with some small savings.  It was a big gamble, since even though we have family in Athens, we do not ourselves live there…we are in Masons Beach, MD, 600 miles away.  Though we visit often, this presented obvious challenges, in addition to the fact we had never been landlords before!

Well, enter Brooke H. Wade.  Brooke, was an immense help from the beginning, helping us to find and purchase the right property, and get started on the right foot.  Even from this distance we have never been worried about how things are going because she is always on top of it. Brooke communicates well with us, keeps the building maintained and tenants happy, all with minimal input from us. 

That said, Brooke understands our goals for the property, lets us know immediately if attention is required for repair or maintenance, advises us knowledgeably when needed, and shifts gears seamlessly when our needs change. With the exception of one rotten apple (whom I inherited when I bought the building, and who was gone before the year was out) Brooke has vetted excellent tenants who pay on time, stay at least two years, and leave the property in decent shape.  If they have any concerns they know they will be listened to and fixed, ASAP.

Our little duplex has turned out to be an excellent investment – not only has it appreciated greatly in market value but it has become a reliable source of cash flow in our retirement years, even with the mortgage we still have on it. I have to say, Brooke has been an integral part of that success story, providing careful stewardship and thoughtful advice all along the way.

When I say I’ve never worried, that’s saying something - I’m a natural born worry-wart, but knowing I have Brooke on the job I’ve never been sorry I made this decision.

• I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with Wynn Management Services for both of my units. With onsite management, someone is always there if anything comes up that may need attention.
